Eligibility: Graduating high school senior with a minimum 2.8 GPA and significant verifiable community service.

Instructions: Please complete all sections of this application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Attach all required documents, including your essay and recommendation letter. Applications must be received by the deadline.

Essay (600 Words): Attach a typed essay of approximately 600 words responding to the following prompt: “Describe a community service experience that had a significant impact on your life. What did you learn from it, and how has it shaped your goals or perspective?”

Recommendation Letter: Include one signed letter of recommendation from an adult who supervised your community service. The letter should describe your contributions, reliability, and impact. The recommender must provide their name, title, organization, and contact information.
